DETOUR

My artwork seeks to shed light on the often overlooked and marginalized population of homeless individuals by using real street signs as a canvas to paint their portraits. By repurposing these signs as a platform for showcasing the faces and stories of those experiencing homelessness, I aim to challenge viewers to see and empathize with these individuals in a new and meaningful way. Through my art, I hope to spark conversations and inspire action towards addressing the systemic issues that contribute to homelessness.
